holy shitness, its been almost a year since my last entry.  well then...lets do a really really quick update.  the end of 2004 was a time of endings and beginings.  some memories from last year i wish to totally wipe from my brain...which i'm sure we all want to do sometimes.  2005 so far has been pretty damn awesome.  i managed to complete my first full year back at berkeley.  managed to get through 3 classes of summer school (and passed all that shit).  now i'm fuckin finally in my last year at berkeley.  for all those that're curious how many years it has been, i'm on my 8th year now.  yeah, pretty damn lame i know, but you know what...these past 8 years has helped me grow to become the person i am today.  i swear i've had to suffer through experiences most people will never (hopefully) endure.  but they've all happened for a reason, and i'm the better person now because of it.  i'm at a great school, i have a great supportive family, great gf, great friends, and a great life.  only thing thats bumming me out is the 9+ years of schooling i have after i graduate from cal.  but hey, pursuing a life of helping others is what i've always wanted, so i guess the end destination in life will be worth the shitty road i've got to take to get there.  enough rambling...back to karl marx and his crazy thoughts. peace out.

its been a pretty damn good weekend.  we had a bar night at my frat house on saturday, which is normally intended for a couple dozen ppl...but instead at least a couple hundred ppl somehow filtered through.  hopefully everyone had fun and hopefully they'll come back to our sam quentin party in two weeks.  today, we had to work at the concession stands.  which is pretty cool since it was at the bob dylan concert in berkeley.

i should be updating my xanga more and more often now, even though there isn't too much going on in my life.  peace~

i jacked this from my friend michelle's aim profile...interseting huh?

Question: What is the truest definition of Globalization?
Answer: Princess Diana's death.

Question: How come?
Answer: An English princess with an Egyptian boyfriend crashes in a French
tunnel, driving a German car with a Dutch engine, driven by a Belgian who
was drunk on Scottish whisky (check the bottle before you change the
spelling) followed closely by Italian Paparazzi, on Japanese motorcycles;
treated by an American doctor, using Brazilian medicines.
This is sent to you by an American, using Bill Gates's technology, and
you're probably reading this on your computer, that uses Taiwanese chips,
and a Korean monitor, assembled by Indonesians workers in a Singapore plant,
transported by Indian truck drivers, unloaded by Bangladeshi longshoremen,
and trucked to you by Mainland illegals.....

That, my friends, is Globalization.
